Courtney offers an alternative to the cookie cutter massages found elsewhere, providing a unique blend of massage techniques for competitive athletes and weekend warriors alike. Results driven, with a focus on improving comfort, mobility, and performance, to help athletes recover faster, and train more efficiently.

Courtney graduated massage therapy school in April 2010, in Southfield Michigan. She has since received further training to specialize in cupping, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. With years of experience working with athletes at all levels of competition from pros to childhood sports, as well as being an athlete herself, this gives her a unique advantage. She is able to use extensive knowledge of anatomy along with personal first-hand knowledge of proper technique to help athletes improve mobility, form, and recovery time.

Depending upon the needs of each client she offers therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, and neuromuscular therapy; or for something a little more relaxing Swedish massages.
